Attendance Matters

Attendance is a key focus this year across all schools in Aotearoa. Regular attendance is crucial and sets students up for success. It give students structure and routine and improves wellbeing by fostering stronger social connections with peers and teachers and increases a student's sense of belonging. Consistent attendance helps students fully engage with the NZ curriculum and avoids creating learning gaps between themselves and peers.
